TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

- Vertical displacement machines have machined nylon wheels and sealed bearings.

- The traction machines have industrial sprockets and chrome-plated 50-step steel chain.

- Protection fairings for moving weights are made of 2.5 mm Hr sheet.

- Weight selectors with magnetic pin secured by a sheathed steel cable.

- All machine grips are made of low-density polyethylene with a grooved design for greater adhesion and a terminal made of the same material.

- The tower machines with weights are 12.5 lb gray iron plates, thicker than those of indoor equipment, to withstand greater impact.

- The main structures are in tubular profile 100x100 in 2.5 mm thickness, other small parts in 70x70mm, round tube 60 mm 50x50mm 90x50mm all in 2.5 mm thickness.

- All pipes have a welded and polished metal cover to prevent water seepage into the interior.

- The finish of the structures is with electrostatic polyester powder paint with UV protection for outdoor use with bright and varied colors with a minimum layer of 80 microns. (In areas with extreme climates, saline, high temperature or humidity, it is manufactured with double protection of hot galvanizing + powder painting).

- Black galvanized screws secured with thread lock.

- Seats and backrests with ergonomic design manufactured with a blown extrusion process in high-density polyethylene with UV protection (basic equipment, backrests and seats with plastic wood).

- Non-slip running boards and paint protectors with injection process in polypropylene with UV protection.

- The machines have instructions for exercises, stretching and precautions, secured with rivets to the same structures in thick gauge polystyrene material with laminated direct printing.

- The instructions have a QR code that takes the user directly to the page in case they want more information.

- The machines are installed on concrete slabs with ½ x 3" expanding bolts and the entire anchorage is covered with 7 cm thick concrete mortar poured on forms with concrete accelerator. Once set, the formwork is removed, burrs are polished and applies bronchoelastic waterproofing. In this way, the machines are protected from rust from the base and no screws are exposed to vandalism.

- The equipment with free weights (discs) and dumbbells are secured with a hot-dip galvanized ¼” steel linked chain, secured to the same structures.

- The equipment has a 3-year warranty on hardware (structures) and 1 year on wear parts.

- We supply design of machine distribution plans in AutoCAD 2D and 3D to generate renders.

- We are direct manufacturers and we use 80% national material.

- The company has its own personnel for equipment installations.

- We have more than 35 teams with design records approved by the SIC, which guarantees that they acquire original products and not replicas.
